Short answer: message us with your order number and say you would like to return it. We send you the return address, you post the bottles back, and we refund you.
Step by step
- Message us from this page with your order number and a line saying you would like to return it. You do not need to give a reason.
- We reply with the return address.
- Post the bottles back, empty or otherwise.
- We refund you once they reach us, to your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
Costs
You cover the return postage. We cover everything else, and there are no restocking fees.
If you are on a subscription
Returning your first order does not cancel your plan automatically. Cancel from the subscription portal so nothing else ships, or tell us in your message and we will do it for you.
Exchanges
Selkie comes in one product, so there is nothing to exchange it for. If your order arrived damaged or wrong, see My order arrived damaged, leaking or wrong instead. We replace those without needing anything back.
