Short answer: one bottle lasts four weeks, so your refills arrive on the same rhythm as the bottles you ordered.
How the timing is set
Each bottle holds 30 servings, which is one dropper each morning for about four weeks. Your refill schedule follows from the size of your order:
- 1 bottle: a new bottle ships every 4 weeks
- 2 bottles: two new bottles ship every 8 weeks
- 3 bottles: three new bottles ship every 12 weeks
That way a new delivery arrives around the time you are finishing the last one, and you are not left with a cupboard full of spares.

The price of each refill is shown in your subscription portal, along with your next ship date. You can check it any time here: Manage my subscription.
You are in charge of it
