Everything ships from the United States, to addresses in the United States. We are not shipping outside the US yet.
Subscription orders
Shipping is free on every subscription delivery, the first bottle included. Your bottle goes out every four weeks, and you can move the date, skip a delivery or pause from your account without calling anyone.
One-time orders
- Standard: $8, or free when your order is $70 or more.
- Express: $15.
How long it takes
Orders placed before midday Eastern on a business day usually leave us the same day. Otherwise they leave the next business day. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days from there, Express 1 to 3. We send a tracking link by email as soon as the label is printed.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has stopped moving for more than five business days, or a bottle arrives damaged, get in touch through the contact page with your order number. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We do not make you chase the carrier.
Subscription delivery questions
Anything to do with your delivery schedule, address or payment method is managed in the subscription portal. It takes an email address and sends you a login link, no password needed.
