These terms cover your use of selkiecare.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Ad Searcher LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company trading as Selkie ("Selkie", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Orders ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Products
Selkie Liposomal Irish Sea Moss Blend is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Sea moss and bladderwrack naturally contain iodine. Talk to your doctor before use if you have a thyroid condition, take thyroid or any prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Applicable taxes and any shipping charge are shown before you confirm. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We may cancel any order where we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or a breach of these terms, and will refund anything already charged.
4. Subscriptions
When you choose Subscribe & Save you are agreeing to a recurring order. The first bottle is charged at the introductory price shown at checkout. After that your payment method is charged the recurring price shown at checkout every four weeks until you cancel, and each delivery ships free. You can change the date, skip a delivery, pause or cancel at any time from the subscription portal at selkiecare.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer or by contacting us. Changes made after an order has been processed apply to the next one. Introductory pricing is limited to one per household.
5. Shipping
Delivery times and charges are set out on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Guarantee and returns
Your first bottle is covered by a ninety-day money-back guarantee, empty bottle included, on the terms set out on our Returns page. That page forms part of these terms.
7. Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for anything done through it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal information.
8. Using the site
Everything on the site, including text, images, the Selkie name and mark, is ours or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with it, or to attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not meant for you.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a review, photo or comment you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with Selkie, including in advertising, and you confirm it is honest and your own. We may edit for length or remove anything at our discretion.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and any dispute will be dealt with in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be overridden.
