Short answer: if Selkie does nothing for you, your whole first order is covered for 90 days from the day it arrives. The bottles can be empty.
Why 90 days
Most supplements give you thirty days, which is not long enough to know anything. Selkie is a daily habit, and most people need a couple of months of mornings before they can tell. So you get the full ninety.
What is covered
- Your first order, all of it. Whether you ordered one bottle or three, every bottle in that first order is covered.
- Opened or empty bottles. You are meant to take it. We do not expect it back full.
- The full price you paid for that first order, back to your original payment method.
What is not covered
- Refills after your first order. The guarantee is there so you can try Selkie properly without risk. Once you have had your first order and chosen to carry on, later deliveries are not covered. You can cancel future refills any time.
- Orders older than 90 days, counted from the day your first order was delivered.
- Bottles bought somewhere other than selkiecare.com. Those are covered by the seller you bought from.
