Selkie Sea Moss
A 30:1 concentrated Chondrus crispus extract. Two droppers a day, not two spoonfuls.

One Plant. Concentrated Properly.
Your Grandmother Gave You Spoonfuls. There Was A Reason.
Prepared the traditional way, sea moss gel is mostly water by weight. That is why the serving was measured in spoonfuls. Volume was how you got a meaningful quantity of plant into a person.
A capsule cannot reproduce that. It holds a few hundred milligrams of dried powder, and the constraint is physical rather than solvable. So the category quietly reduced the dose and called it convenience.
A 30:1 extract reduces thirty parts of raw plant into one part of finished extract before it ever reaches the bottle. The volume you take gets smaller. The quantity of plant does not fall with it.

Questions People Actually Ask
What does a 30:1 extract actually mean?
Thirty parts of raw dried seaweed reduced into one part of finished extract before bottling. The volume you swallow is smaller without the quantity of plant falling with it. It is why a dropper can carry what a capsule cannot.
Is this the same as the sea moss capsules I already tried?
No, and that difference is why this product exists. A capsule holds a few hundred milligrams of dried powder. It cannot hold what several tablespoons of gel delivered. If you took capsules and felt nothing, a much smaller dose is the likeliest explanation.
How do I know it is real Chondrus crispus?
Two different seaweeds are sold as Irish moss. Chondrus crispus grows in cold Atlantic water with flat branching fronds. Gracilaria grows in warm water, is usually farmed, and is round and stringy. Ours is Chondrus crispus with harvest documentation available on request.
Does it contain iodine? I have a thyroid condition.
Yes. Sea moss and bladderwrack both contain iodine and content varies between batches. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, speak to your doctor before taking any seaweed supplement, including this one. We are not going to market this to you on that basis.
Why do you not say it has 92 minerals like everyone else?
Because we cannot show you where that number came from. It appears on hundreds of product pages with no traceable study behind it. We would rather publish four ingredients we can evidence than one figure we cannot.
Why not just make my own gel?
If you already do and you enjoy the ritual, that is a genuinely good option. The problems this solves are that nobody can tell you how much plant is in a homemade spoonful, and that a jar has to live in the fridge and usually gets used twice.
Does it need refrigeration?
No. It is shelf stable, which is what the potassium sorbate and citric acid on the label are for. It does not separate and it travels.
What does it taste like?
Mild and slightly marine with a natural flavour added. It is a fraction of the volume of a spoonful of gel, so the taste is brief.
How does the subscription work?
Choose monthly, or prepay three or six months. Pause, skip, reschedule or cancel any time from your account or by emailing support. No minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and your rate is locked for as long as the subscription runs.
When will I notice something?
Some people report noticing something in the first week. Plenty notice nothing at all. We are not going to promise a timeline, which is why the guarantee runs 90 days rather than 30.
What if it does not work for me?
Contact us within 90 days for a full refund. An opened bottle is covered, there is no restocking fee, and you do not need to explain yourself.
Know What You Are Actually Taking
